Where Real Sports Rehab Happens

Phoenix has no shortage of physical therapy clinics with “Sports” in their name. What it has lacked is a clinic with the knowledge, space, experience, and passion to truly deliver on that promise — until Victory Sports Rehab & Recovery.

Founded by sports physical therapist Justin Sampley, Victory Sports Rehab was built on a simple but powerful belief: athletes deserve care from someone who understands not just their injury, but their sport, their goals, and what it actually takes to get back to competing at the highest level.

Meet Justin Sampley
PT, MPT, OCS, COMT

Founder & Physical Therapist

Justin Sampley isn’t just a sports physical therapist — he’s a former baseball player who has spent his entire career at the intersection of athletics and rehabilitation.

As a college baseball player Justin experienced firsthand the physical demands of the sport and the critical importance of proper arm care and injury management. That experience shaped everything about how he approaches athlete care today.

After earning his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Samuel Merritt University and his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Southern California, Justin went on to serve as the Head Physical Therapist and Rehab Coordinator for Grand Canyon University athletics for seven years — working with collegiate athletes across multiple sports at the Division I level.

During his career Justin has also consulted with professional baseball organizations during MLB spring training and has been sought out by professional teams to work with their athletes in the Phoenix area — a testament to the reputation he has built through results, not marketing.

In 2020 Justin founded Victory Sports Rehab & Recovery — in the middle of a global pandemic — with a clear mission: to provide Phoenix athletes with the kind of specialized, expert sports rehabilitation that most clinics claim to offer but few can truly deliver. In just five years Victory Sports Rehab has grown from a solo practice startup into a 4,200 sq ft sports rehab and performance facility — a testament to what happens when athletes finally get access to the specialized care they deserve.

Our Core Values

Athlete-Centered Care

Every decision we make starts with the athlete — their sport, their goals, their timeline. Cookie-cutter protocols have no place here.

Specialist-Level Expertise

We specialize because athletes deserve specialists. Our focus on baseball rehab, ACL recovery, and return-to-sport testing means you’re getting care from someone who does this every day at the highest level.

Data-Driven Decisions

We test, we measure, and we track. Objective data drives every progression decision — removing guesswork and building confidence at every phase of recovery.

Community First

Victory Sports Rehab exists to serve the Phoenix athletic community. We are committed to being the trusted resource that athletes, coaches, physicians, and parents turn to first — because our reputation is built on results.
